- The right to collect personal data and purpose of personal data processing
According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation the right to collect personal data is based on:
- a consent given by person (documented, voluntary, personalized)
- registerholder benefit (e.g. client relationship)
Purpose of the Personal Data processing is maintananec of client relationship, fulfilment of the registration process and marketing.
Personal data is not used for automized decision making or customer profiling.
- Personal Data Registry content
The following data is being saved to the Personal Data Registry: name, surname, contact details (phone number, e-mail, address), IP-adress, invoice data, other data needed for maintanance of client relationship and fullfilment of the service.
Personal Data is being kept as long as needed for fulfillment of the serivice.
- Personal Data sources
Personal Data that is being saved into the Personal Data Registry is collected from the clients through web-forms, e-mail correspondence, phone correspondence etc.
- Personal Data transfer outside EU or EEA.
Personal Data is not being systematically given to the third-parties. Personal Data can be published in scale agreed with the customer. Personal Data can be transferred by the registry holder outside of the EU or EEA.
- Protection of the Personla Data
Personal Data is being processed with care. Personal Data is being secured properly when being processed by the data systems. When Personal Data is being stored on the internet-servers physical and digital security is implemented appropriatly.
- Rigth to check and correct Personal Data
Any person whose Personal Data is being stored in the Personal Data Registry has a right to check one's data, require changes to the incorrect data and provide data in case it is missing. In case a person is willing to check or correct his Personal Data the request should be sent to the person responsible for the Personal Data Registry. Rigister holder can if needed check identity of the person issuing a request. Registry Holder response time should be in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (usually one month).
- Other rights related to Personal Data processing
Person whose data is saved to the Personal Data registry has a right to request an erasure of one's Personal Data from the registry ("a right to be forgotten"). In addition registered person has other rights set out in the General Data Protection Regulation. Request should be sent to the person responsible for the Personal Data Registry. Rigister holder can if needed check identity of the person issuing a request. Registry Holder response time should be in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (usually one month).
