REGISTRATION FORM

Workshops are sold in the order that we receive registrations, i.e. on a first come, first served basis. If the workshops have already sold out when we receive your registration, you will be added to our waiting list. If spots become available, we will notify people in the order of the waiting list. We will aim to confirm your registration or notify you of your placement on our waiting list as soon as possible, but at least within 2-3 days.

You will receive the payment details after the registration process to the email address specified in the registration form.
Note that your place is secured only when we have received your payment. If we do not receive your payment within one week of registration, your spot may be resold.

The first installment (50 %) should be paid within one week from the day of registration. The first installment is not refundable. Your place will be confirmed after the first installment is paid. The second installment should be paid before 30.4.2022. The second installment will be increased to reflect the full price if you are paying after that date.

After 31.3.2022 the full amount should be paid in one installment.

Registrations are binding and no refunds are available unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. Registrations are personal, and the organizer holds the right to refuse entry to any person who is not on the list of participants.
Do note that you are responsible for any additional transfer fees on international money transfers. The organizer does not cover these fees.

If you cannot attend and need to sell you spot, please notify us at tribal.salon@gmail.com as soon as possible, or by Thu 15 Aug 2022 at latest, and we will contact the next person on the waiting list. Do note that we will not refund you if we are unable to resell your spot.

Registrants are responsible for their own insurance in case of injury or other damage. The organizers or the teachers of the event are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or other damage.
